Military And Overseas Voters
The Military and Overseas Voters Empowerment Act (MOVE) gives certain US citizens the right to receive an absent voter ballot via email or fax.  This applies to all active, uniformed service members and their spouses and dependents; Merchant Marines, stationed inside or outside the United States; and civilians residing or temporarily located overseas. Go to the Federal Voting Assistance Program website for more information or to submit your application.  Applications must e filled out annually and are good for all elections in that calendar year.
