We strive to keep the ordinances updated on a timely basis once adopted. However, any amendments adopted, but not yet codified are available below, until they are codified into the main document. Types of Ordinances
Typically, a community adopts ‘ordinances’, primarily to promote compatible uses and activities. There are generally two types of ordinances that guide our Township : Zoning Ordinance and Genera Law. Amendments Under Consideration
Please note that Text amendments can take anywhere from a few months to several years, depending on how big and complicated the changes are. Sometimes, the changes might not even get approved. The draft language can be adjusted until it's officially adopted. We try to update the status on a timely basis.
